How many steps do you take each day as you walk to health on a holistic path?  Various
sources recommend 10,000 steps per day for good health, weight control and long life.  (10,000
steps is approximately five miles.)  If your goal is 10,000 steps, you need a pedometer.  Just clip
a pedometer on your belt to count your steps and monitor your progress.  Every step takes you
closer to good health.  Buy one for yourself and buy a second pedometer for someone you love.  

Omron makes excellent pedometers.  I use an Omron pedometer to count my steps.  On this
page you will find a selection of Omron pedometers.  Find one that suits your needs and get
moving.
